1. Our Commitment to Quality
We meticulously inspect every item before it is shipped to ensure it meets our quality standards. Due to the unique, natural, and often handcrafted nature of our products (e.g., crystals, herbs, handmade items), slight variations in color, size, shape, and texture are inherent and are part of their unique charm and authenticity. These variations are not considered defects.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged during shipping or is genuinely defective, please contact us within 1-5 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage and the packaging. We will gladly offer a full refund or replacement once the damage is verified.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 1-5 days of delivery with photos of the incorrect item. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent and for the incorrect item to be returned at our expense.
- For any other reason:
- For most items, we accept returns for a refund for any other reasons, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging and must remain unopened while in your care.
- You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a change-of-mind return.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Certain items are NOT eligible for return due to hygiene or energetic reasons (see Section 3).
3. Non-Returnable Items (No Returns for any reason)
Due to the intimate and energetic nature of certain products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for the following items unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Used or Worn Items: This includes jewelry, ritual tools that show signs of use, or any item that is no longer in its original, pristine condition.
- Perishable Goods: Herbs, resins, oils, or any product that degrades over time.
- Custom or Personalized Items: Products made specifically for your order.
- Digital Products: E-books, downloadable guides, online courses, etc.
- Clearance or Sale Items: All sales are final on discounted or clearance items.
- Offerings: We refer to our services as Offerings. There will be absolutely no refunds on any of our Offerings including but not limited to; Human Design, Life coaching, and any astrology readings.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return or report a damaged/incorrect item, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at support@ascendwithspirit.com within the specified timeframe (3-5 days for damaged/incorrect, 14 days for change of mind).
- Include your Order Number in the subject line.
- Clearly state the reason for the return (e.g., "damaged item," "incorrect item," "change of mind").
- Attach clear photos of the item(s) you wish to return, especially if reporting damage or incorrect items.
- Wait for our confirmation and return shipping instructions. Do not send items back before receiving authorization from us.
5. Return Shipping
- For Damaged/Incorrect Items: Once your claim is approved, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label via email for you to return the item to us.
- For Change of Mind Returns: You are responsible for securely packaging the item and covering the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
6. Refunds & Processing
- Once your return is received and inspected by our team (typically within 3-5 business days of receipt), we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment processor.
- Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
